By purchasing commissioned art from Creationtrip, you agree to the information below.

[1]Creationtrip requires full payment upfront for all commission orders. Commissions will not be completed until full payment is made. For first time clients, a split payment is available. The entire payment is due before delivery of the finished commission. Client will not receive the finished product until paid in full.

[2]Creationtrip will work to clearly defined deadlines, decided after purchase and discussion of content. 1 month is a general estimate, but commissions can take more or less time depending on the content. Client will receive communication by email in the event the commission is behind schedule. Deadlines are not a guarantee.

[3]The client is encouraged to share as much information about their commission as possible, being specific and detailed in their request(s). The finished product is not guaranteed to look a specific way. Creative decisions are ultimately decided by Creationtrip. Client will have 2 opportunities for free revisions after the artwork is complete. If client requires further revisions, a fee of $15 is required for each individual revision. A maximum of 5 revisions can be made.

[3.5]Revisions must be reasonable. Minor changes qualify for revisions. If entire portions of the art, words, or content needs to be revised, an additional fee of $50 is required for each individual large revision. Client may be charged a fee, up to or equal to the value of the art piece, if the piece needs to be restarted entirely.

[4]Creationtrip does not allow refunds on commissioned art. Client should be prepared to accept what they receive. Purchasing a commission is only a guarantee of the delivery of the artwork file(s)*. Purchase does not guarantee satisfaction. If revisions are needed, refer to [3][3.5].

[5]Client may cancel commission at any time. Any payment already made will not be refunded, including partial payments.

[6]Progress updates can be provided upon request by email. Progress updates are not a representation of the finished product. If revisions are needed during creation of the artwork, refer to [3][3.5].

[7]In the event client needs artwork sooner than the normal deadline, a fee of $25 is required for each week ahead of time the piece is requested. Example: If a piece needs to be finished within 1 week, client is required to pay $75 for the 3 extra weeks.

[7.5]Upon completion, the commissioned art will be shared with Client via Google Drive to preserve image quality. Finished products will be accessible in Google Drive for a minimum of 60 days.

[8]Client’s artwork may be posted by Creationtrip on social media. Up until piece completion, Client may send an email to request that the artwork stays private. It is not the responsibility of Creationtrip to check privacy preferences of Client.

[9]Creationtrip reserves the right; in response to any communication involving disrespect, hatred,  or anything else that purposefully disrupts the peace; to immediately cancel a commissioned piece and end contact with Client. No refund will be issued.

[10]Upon completion, Client has up to 60 days to request working files of the commission for an additional fee of $20. Working files will be permanently deleted after 60 days.

*You will receive one .PNG file of the finished product unless you request the working files for an additional fee (refer to [10]).
